I currently serve both SUNY Oswego's evening and online degree population and our military student population as Senior Academic Planning Coordinator & Veteran and Military Services Coordinator. While I have lived in 6 states, including on two islands in the Atlantic Ocean 1500 miles apart, I am originally from northern Oswego County and returned to the area in 2010.  I was drawn by the opportunity to work with students pursuing a SUNY education that has served me well, as I have a M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State, an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Veterans' Services from Empire State, and a B.S. in Business Economics from Cortland State.

In 2014, I was fortunate to receive the President's Award for Excellence in Academic Advising at SUNY Oswego after being nominated by the students I serve. An advocate for our veterans and service members, I am active in the Central New York Veterans Higher Education Regional Consortium, the New York State Advisory Council on Military Education, and the SUNY Veteran & Service Members Organization.

I came to SUNY Oswego from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where I was Assistant Director of Career Development and Employment Services and Undeclared Program Coordinator.
