Oswego Jazz Project, SUNY Oswego's jazz quartet-in-residence, performs jazz standards and originals in an intimate concert hall setting. Founded by music professor Eric Schmitz, Trevor Jorgensen and Robert Auler, Oswego Jazz Project is known for a commitment to spontaneity and innovative improvisation. Oswego Jazz Project welcomes renowned guest trumpeter Tom Manuel, with whom they recently collaborated at Stony Brook's famed Jazz Loft. Part of SUNY Oswego's Focus on Faculty Series. $8 ($5 for SUNY Oswego students) includes parking in employee lots adjacent to and across Washington Boulevard from Sheldon Hall. 315-312-2130.
