Opportunities to learn more about SUNY Oswego's Educational Opportunity Program:
- EOP Summer Program: All incoming EOP freshmen are required to attend and successfully complete our summer program in order to enroll at SUNY Oswego in the fall semester.
- Spring calling initiative: As part of our continuing effort to communicate early and on-going with our prospective freshmen, the EOP staff personally call each accepted EOP student and answer questions to help facilitate the admissions process.
- Admitted student overnight host program: The best way for students to learn about SUNY Oswego is to visit. The Office of Admissions has several programs available to students interested in visiting campus including the over-night host program. For more information please visit the overnight host program website.
- Meet and greets: Although it is strongly encouraged that each student visits the campus prior to making their college selection decision, EOP recognizes that this is not always possible. In collaboration with our Admissions Office, we will host an Admitted EOP Student Reception for students and their families. We ask that every admitted EOP student attends this reception in order to meet staff and students, gain a better understanding of our college, our EOP program, and our expectations. The Admitted EOP Student Reception will be on March 23, 2016.
