Dr. Starr Wheeler, Coordinator, Disability Support Services (Class of 1998, 2003, 2012 Ed.D.)

Starr was hired in 2001. Starr coordinates the provision of in- class accommodations for students with documented disabilities. Additionally, Starr is the ADA/504 Compliance Officer. Starr works with departments and committees across all of the colleges divisions to maintain compliance and accessibility. Starr continues to be a resource for staff, faculty and students here at SUNY Oswego in the area of disability and ADA compliance.

Patrick Devendorf, Assistant Coordinator, Disability Support Services (Class of 1990, 2010)

Pat was hired in 2007, after spending fifteen years working with persons with disabilities for a local human service agency. Pat's duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, meeting with prospective and current students and parents, implementing services to assist students and acting as a resource for faculty. Pat specializes in the various technologies utilized by students with disabilities. He is a past winner of the Oswego County Business 40 Under 40 award and also the Dr. John Readling Award given by the ARC of Oswego County.
