Responsibilities of the Help Desk Coordinator​ ​include supervision of th​​e operations and staff of the CTS Help Desk, assisting first-line staff when workloads are high or additional expertise is needed, communicating technical news and service announcements through email, social media and blogs,​ and conducting technical trainings for the campus.
