David joined Campus Technology Services in July 2004. He holds a BA in Information Science and Art, and a MA in Art from SUNY Oswego and is ITIL Certified. His most recent appointment was Network Technician for SUNY Oswego CTS. Other areas of interest are music, snowboarding, cycling and dancing.
David has responsibility for the campus telecommunications resources and services including management, installation, maintenance of the telecommunications infrastructure associated voice and data circuits, telecommunications devices and supplemental equipment. This equipment includes a Cisco VOIP infrastructure, as well as, remote sites, fiber optic backbone, cable plant, communications infrastructure and hardware. He supervises the campus switchboard and the telecommunications staff. David also provides leadership in the design and construction of telecommunications infrastructure for the campus renovations and manages data center operations in Culkin Hall.
