Essentially, you provide two pieces of information in order to gain access to your account. These two pieces of information are typically your username and password and a verification code sent to your cell phone.

As part of National CyberSecurity Awareness Month, CTS will have our fifth annual phishing derby contest. Phishing emails are those that ask for personally identifying information such as date of birth, social security number, credit card number, and usernames and passwords. These emails are used to steal your identity or get access to data. An example of one sent to people at SUNY Oswego is listed below.

Everytime you record a Zoom session and upload it to their cloud service, the session is automatically captioned. You can download a copy of the transcript and edit the captions as well.

Downtime Required for Blackboard Upgrade
