Adobe Expiration Notice 2023

Anyone using an Adobe application (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) may see a pop-up window at the time the application is launched saying the license has expired but you can still use the application for 7 more days from today, Aug. 31 (see sample image below).  If you receive these types of messages, you can click the “OK” button to proceed using the app.

Your Adobe Acrobat license has expired. But you can still use this application for 7 more days. For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your support staff. You’re currently signed with your email ID. You can also sign out and use and Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription

SUNY is working on a new Adobe contract for all SUNY campuses, including Oswego, and has assured us that our current license will be extended until a new contract is finalized. You may continue to see these messages on and off over the next few weeks as the contract is finalized.
