Staff profile

Chuck graduated from Cayuga Community College in May 2017 with a degree in Computer Information Systems.  He has been working for CCC as an Instructional Assistant in the IT department since 2015.  In that role, he imaged, configured, and installed new computers, deployed software, monitored server and network infrastructure, provided AV support to employees and students, worked within the Spiceworks ticketing system, and wrote documentation. Chuck went on to earn a degree in Informatics in December 2021 at The State University of New York at Albany.
