Tiphanie Gonzalez is currently an Assistant Professor in the Counseling and Psychological Services department here at SUNY Oswego. She received a doctorate in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida and is an alumni of SUNY Oswego, receiving both a master's in Counseling Services- School Counseling and bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing. She is currently working as an intern at the CSC though the end of Fall 2016. 

She is an active member of several organizations including the: American Counseling Association (ACA), Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), the North Atlantic Regional Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (NARACES), the American Counseling Association – NY (ACA-NY) where she serves as the President-Elect, and the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD) where she serves as the North Atlantic Regional Chair.

She is a native New Yorker, raised in the Bronx, NYC, however Oswego has been her home for quite a while now, and she loves it here. Where else can you live with a view like this?
