Staff profile

Taryn is a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at SUNY Oswego. She got her start in counseling during the pursuit for her undergraduate degree, volunteering as a peer-to-peer counselor. She has also worked with families as a Developmental Disabilities Family Support Associate. Outside of work, Taryn enjoys singing, running, and cuddling with her dog. She is excited to work at the Counseling Services Center, helping individuals through empathy, acceptance, and understanding.
