Cat is a second-year graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at SUNY Oswego. She has a background in communications and got her start in counseling through volunteering with Crisis Text Line. As a clinician, Cat is passionate about using a person-centered approach to help college students work through anxiety, depression, and trauma. 

Outside of work Cat enjoys reading, going outside, and watching Gilmore Girls. You can also find her as a graduate assistant in the Counseling & Psych Services Department over in Wilbur Hall!
