Research

  • Total synthesis of heterocyclic natural products with medicinal and/or structural importance
  • Development of new ligand for Ullman type aryl-aryl couplings using copper as metal catalyst in C-C, C-O, C-N couplings and C-H activation reactions
  • Development of new ligands for iron catalyzed C-O and C-N coupling reactions, 
  • Development of new experiments for undergraduate organic laboratory curriculum using microwave-assisted reactions
