Dr. Wadid Lamine

Wadid Lamine professional headshotDr. Wadid Lamine is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Toulouse Business School, France. He received his Master in Management and his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Lyon University. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Entrepreneurship Research Center, EM Lyon Business School. His research interests include business incubation, technology entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial networks. Dr. Lamine has received competitive research awards from the French National Foundation of Education in Management (FNEGE) and the French Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (AEI). His scholarly work includes two edited books on ‘Technology Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation’ (Imperial College Press) and ‘Entrepreneurial Process and Social Network: A Dynamic Perspective’ (Edward Elgar). He has published articles in leading academic journals such as Small Business Economics, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, Technovation, Journal of Technology Transfer, International Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Thunderbird International Business Review and International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Dr. Lamine has served as guest editor of special issues on Technology Business Incubation, Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Networks, in Technovation, Journal of Technology transfer, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development and Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He is on the editorial board of Technovation, Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Entreprendre & Innover. He has organized more than 10 national and international conferences and workshops related to business incubation and technology entrepreneurship.
