Direct deposit

How do I set up direct deposit?
As a benefit to our student employees, Auxiliary Services offers direct deposit of paychecks directly into an employee's account, including an account at banks, credit unions and most other types of financial institutions.

It takes approximately two pay cycles to have a direct deposit take effect. Once direct deposit begins, students will be able to access their earnings slip on pay day via this secure website:

Please note: a username and password will be emailed to your SUNY Oswego email address prior to pay day. Please click here for instructions: my-eStub account set up

The direct deposit form is available at all locations, or an application is available to download by clicking on the following link: direct deposit form (PDF).

The form must be completed and returned in person to the Accounting Office, 506 Culkin Hall. PLEASE NOTE: Direct deposit will remain in effect if you stop working for Auxiliary Services and then restart at the same or different Auxiliary Services' location. If account information changes that pay is direct deposited into, please notify the Accounting Office as soon as possible in order to stop direct deposit or update account information.

Stopping direct deposit

In order to stop direct deposit, you must provide the Accounting Office with written notification to terminate the authorization. Auxiliary Services and the Financial Institution will honor your request in a reasonable amount of time.
