To determine your EOP eligibility you must:

1. Download and complete the EOP Financial Information Form (76 KB PDF)
2. Attach your income documentation to the EOP Financial Documentation Cover Sheet  (687 KB PDF)
3. Submit your completed forms with required income documentation directly to the Oswego Office of Admissions any time after Oct. 1.
