Corky Process Website

Our design is successful in that it was creative and engaging. There are many things that could be added and improved at this point. So far, I have gotten a lot out of this assignment. I have improved upon working in groups, especially on something that you are forced to work together on rather than just splitting up things and meeting back together at the end with out own separate parts. I have also learned how to take apart a website and improve upon it. I have learned the importance of easy navigation, especially when creating a social networking site.

Working with a group is beneficial in that the group members can brainstorm ideas together and feed off each others input. Also one person is not responsible for all of the work and jobs can be split up. It can also be detrimental because you’re product and your grade is ultimately partly in the hands of someone else and their effort.

The ideas I think are most successful in our idea is the fact that it encompasses almost all of your online activities into one website. It has your social networking needs as well as everyday things all in one place, such as a calendar which events can be added into, as well as e-bills and reminders.

Now that we are further along in the process, I would change the site and make it larger, which I believe we may actually do, just because we have so much going on and so much to do it would be benefitial to have a larger space to work with.
