Meet me as a comic book character, Prowler. She was raised in foster care after her family died in a shoot out between cops and the mob. This accounts for her solitary nature and her distrust of the government and the police. By day she is Rayne Collins, a respectable graphic designer working for Posh - Metro City’s hottest magazine. At night however, she goes out hunting. She tries to keep the streets that she lives on safe but she is also a burglar. She chooses her targets carefully and only takes from those who can afford it and whatever she takes she shares with unfortunates. Like most of us she is neither good nor bad. Unlike most of us, however, Prowler’s tattoos enable her to change shape into the animal the tattoo represents. Given by gypsy witches after Prowler helped save one of their own, each one of the animals represents a point on the Elven Star: Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, Light, Life, and Magic. Her abilities have enabled her to fight crime and become an international jewel thief.
