Students are advised to "Select TWO
open slots from the list below and email/phone her with your first and
second choice. She'll confirm your appointment by return
email/phone, and add your name to the sign-up list below. NOTE:
Dr. Weber's schedule can change in unpredictable ways, so that's why
it's important to select more than one possible appointment time.
Also, please email or call us as soon as possible if you cannot keep an
appointment for some reason. Thank you!"

If you need to see Dr. Weber after
Aug 2007, please email or call her with several time periods on
at least two different days that you can
meet. For example:
"I can meet on Mon 5/? from 9:35 to 12:30 or Tues 5/? from 9-10 or
1-4".
That will give both of us the best chance of finding a convenient 1/2 hr
time block in one email exchange.
