STUDENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Various policies, procedures and regulations serve to enable members of the college community to function harmoniously and constructively.

The 1997-98 SUNY Oswego Student Handbook opens with the following statement:

"As members of the College community, students, faculty and staff are expected to exercise their own rights, while at the same time, not to deny or infringe upon the rights of other people. Consequently, students are expected to observe certain behavioral guidelines that are set forth in the" following documents:
