Science Autobiography
asks you to analyze and reflect on your own science experiences to get ready to teach.

Journal Responses
and Graded Discussions throughout the semester are designed to help you evaluate teaching strategies that fit your philosophy of science teaching.

Puzzlers
are meant to extend your science understanding and be fun.

Science Talk
invites you to interview children and discover how they think about science and their school science experiences.

Learning Cycle Mini-Unit
challenges you to create a teaching unit which incorporates effective "backwards" teaching strategies.
