        All tutoring assignments are made generally for group sessions.  

        Request for services will be processed within 3 - 5 working days.  The OLS tutoring staff may call to check information submitted by this form.  All forms that are sent without all information being completed will not be processed by the OLS tutoring staff. No tutoring assignments will be made for incomplete forms. 

        Assignments will be made based on the availability of tutors for each course, and the compatibility of your schedule and that of the available tutors.  The OLS tutoring staff will inform you by e-mail of the status of your request. 

 It is possible that no tutors will be available for your course.
