Histograms (2-3)

 

  1. Refer to Data set 10 in Appendix B and use the 52 rainfall amounts for Sunday.
    1. Construct a frequency table with class width 0.20.
    2. Use the previous to draw a relative frequency histogram (by hand).
    3. Describe the shape of the distribution.
    4. Construct an appropriate stemplot

 

  1. Refer to the histogram on the bottom of the page 54. Answer questions 5-8 on page 55.
