The study of art encompasses both the active creation of visual objects in the studio and the investigation of their social context, and their meaning in respect to art history.
At Oswego, students can elect degree programs in Art, Art History or Graphic Design. These programs include the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) as well as the opportunity to earn a minor.
