Trust

Trust is a very important part of E-commerce.  Without trust you wont get people to buy stuff from you.  What makes someone trust your site? Is the site designed well, is it easy to navigate, and is information arranged logically?

If you have a site that isn’t well designed people are not going to trust you to be professional enough to be willing to give you credit card information.  If your site is not easy to navigate people are going to get frustrated and leave and go someplace else.  People need to be able to find the product they are looking for fairly easily.  Arranging information logically will help the viewer to find what they are looking for.
