She is originally from the U.S but born in Rochester New York. She is a college student who is well educated. There is no mistaking her she is known by her black hair with blue highlights and her hazy green eyes. Criminals think that she is of no danger to them because she caries no weapons but Blue Fusion has the ability to run extremely fast and to teleport. She also can fuse objects together. This can come in handy because she can fuse her bodies’ atoms with any item in order to hide from enemies or fuse different things together and add them as extensions to her limbs.
