10 minute presentations, with a
20 minute discussion/participation activity

As soon as you have decided on the topic of your choice, email me with your first and second choices. Don't forget to give me your name, your partner if you know it, and the day of the week.

You are asked to complete this assignment with one other person, not only because we are constrained by time, but because this is in itself a learning experience. As the choices come in, I will record them, with the date of presentation right here. You will see your choice appear here as the topics get taken. If you do not sign up for a date, I will select one for you. Topics will be done on a first come first served basis. You need to schedule time with your partner.

Your 10 minute presentation should be based on either a journal article, a document, a textbook or some other reference approved by the instructor. Use APA format to cite your sources. Using PowerPoint is a good idea also, even though it is not a requirement. All you are doing is presenting to your peers, documenting your knowledge of some aspect of assessment and demonstrating you presentation skills. How should we assess this presentation?
