Important Notes:
· Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply. Advisors are encouraged to attend this event as well.
· Only students who's abstracts are selected to present will be notified via email. We are not responsible for any emails that do not go through. Confirmation of invitation must be received within a week, or the invitation to participate in the symposium will be rescinded.
· Students should submit the conference fee as soon as possible after being notified of their Abstract acceptance. We will notify the selected participants by March 1st.
· In the event that there are two or more students presenting one poster, each conference participant will be responsible for the conference fee.
· We will not be able to charge credit cards. Receipts will be provided at the conference registration table. The check for $25 should be made to "2011 NE Sigma Xi Conference". Please send it to
