Sure I wanted to have a home page, yet computer-phobia prevailed for quite a while. Eventually Dave Sammons , a former MAT 103 student who is now a senior operator at I.C.C. , recommended me to a trusted friend, Kate Dooley , for a few web lessons; Kate, who built her own computer and is an active animator and distance swimmer, among other things, had the endurance to get me through the spiders with a big smile on her face. Nice folks, Kate and Dave, and I am happy to have known them; as these are low-key, hard working individuals who shun publicity, you will not find their photos in their web pages ... how about taking a quick look at Kate's technocat and Dave's centaurfriend instead?
