MAT 203 ("Patterns and Transformations") was created at the request of
SUNY Oswego's Honors Program and may be viewed as a MAT 103 influenced
'Calculus substitute' for
non-science majors. Unlike MAT 103, the main emphasis in MAT 203 is
placed on isometry composition and images rather than pattern
classification. MAT 203 is still (May 2007) at a rather experimental
stage, and it is not clear that it will be offered for a second time;
