OmniUpdate upgrade has been changed to:

Two tabs will be combined: File Manager and Page Editor. The new tab is called Content. The functions of the older tabs will still available, plus, there will be several additional functions added.
- multi-file changes - you will be able to delete or move more than one file at a time
- version control - Each time you publish a file, a copy of that version is kept on the staging server. You can access that copy via the revised interface.
- When publishing there will be a second confirmation to publish where you can add comments about the changes made in the version you are publishing.
- icons are different
A new tab called 'Dashboard' will include:
- workflow
- current projects
- settings/user preferences
More new features:
- We've been told that the speed of the program will increase.
- Link Checking will be available
- Multi-Browser Preview - You will be able to see what your page will look link in IE 6 and Firefox on a Windows PC or Safari and Firefox on a Macintosh computer. Although at the demo, it appeared this feature was a little on the slow side.
