There are three ways to purchase tickets
Online: Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.oswego.edu. Tickets purchased online must be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A non-refundable $2 processing fee will be added to each online order. Online customers are responsible for printing their own e-ticket(s) and bringing the e-ticket(s) to the event. e-tickets can be accessed and printed from the Checkout Confirmation page at the conclusion of the online checkout process. e-ticket(s) must be presented at the entrance to the event venue for admission to the event. Group tickets are not available online.
In Person at a Ticket Window: Tickets can be purchased at the SUNY Oswego Box Offices during regular Ticket Window hours or starting a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the event. Please call the Box Office as Will Call hours will vary by event. The Ticket Window accepts the following forms of payment: cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
By Phone: Tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling 315.312.3073. Tickets purchased by phone must be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express at the time of order. Phone orders can not be accepted the day of an event. Patrons who purchase tickets by phone a minimum of 5 business days in advance of an event will have tickets mailed to them. Patrons who purchase tickets by phone less than 5 business days in advance of the event may have tickets placed in Will Call. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Campus Center Box Office Ticket Window or the Tyler Box Office Ticket Window during regular Ticket Window hours or at the event venue starting a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the event. Will Call services are not available at the Down Town Box Office location. Please call the Box Office as Will Call hours will vary by event. Patrons picking up Will Call tickets must present a photo ID.
