Everyone has the potential to be a leader. College is an ideal time for you to develop your leadership and collaboration skills. As a leader it is important to develop your own* personal philosophy of leadership and gain a deeper understanding of who you are.
There are many opportunities to gain leadership experience at SUNY Oswego both inside and outside of the classroom. Find something that resonates with you!
