**Many of these programs consist of individual members completing a self assessment before the workshop. StrengthsQuestTM and MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®) are the most common self assessments utilized for these workshops and our staff will work with you to develop a program that meets the needs and goals of your organization.
