 We believe leadership is a collaborative relationship, not a position or title and therefore encourage all students to actively and productively engage in  the leadership process both as leaders and collaborators.   

Our Kickoff speaker, Ginny Donohue '87 talks to participants about On Point, a program that provides support and resources to disadvantaged youth seeking to go to college.
