In order to achieve goals, students must make and follow a plan; the Compass is a great resource that aids students in thinking and planning for goals in order to help them be as successful as possible, pre- and post-graduation.
What can I do?
You can visit the Compass and meet with one of our professional staff to discuss your career paths and thoughts. The professional staff would be able to help you begin planning for sucess.
You can visit the Compass Resource Center, room 145 and speak to one of our highly trained Navigators about your ambitions and desires in life. Our Navigators would be able to assist you in planning and setting goals that are obtainable pre- and post-graduation.
But wait, there's more!
You can enroll in a myPlan! A myPlan is a map that helps you move through self-discovery, major and career exploration, civic and social engagement and transitioning out of college. Each stage of your myPlan helps you become more aware of the type of setting you should place yourself in in order to both "get your hands dirty" and become more marketable in your career choice. Our Navigators will be able to lead you in the right direction when creating a myPlan.
Stop into our office Monday-Friday 10am to 4:30pm and we would gladly assist you in working towards a better you!
