Come to one of four workshops!

With a competitive job market, it's important as ever for students to get the most out of their time at SUNY Oswego.  With fewer general education requirements, students have more flexibility to pick up additional majors/minors that will diversify their degree program. 

In an effort to help students make informed decisions about their major(s)/minor(s), from March 3 to March 7, the Compass has planned a week long Major Exploration Celebration Week! Rather than having one huge event that may take professionals away from the office, we are asking all academic departments to carve out time to connect with perspective and current majors in their offices about

  • declaring a major/second major or minor(s)
  • possible career paths in those fields
  • opportunities within the majors/departments!

During this time students are welcome to come to workshops including:
