(Random Acts of Kindness)

The 'Kindness Coordinators' from the Counseling Services Center invite you, your friends, and/or your club/organization to participate in the first annual Random Acts of Kindness Week at SUNY Oswego. This year's event will be February 15 - 19. During that week, benevolent acts will happen all over campus and the community.

Consider incorporating acts of warmth and friendship - large or small - into your life and the lives of others. The benefits are many - when kindness is expressed, healthy relationships are created, community connections are nourished, and people are inspired to pass kindness on. As people tap into their own generous human spirit and share with one another, they discover for themselves the power to effect positive change in their lives and the lives around them.
