Campus Center Table or Easel Space

Table space guidelines
  • One six-foot table and two chairs are provided for spaces A-E and G-K.
  • Table space F has a fixed counter and two stools.
  • Food sales: only baked goods and candy can be sold or given away. These items must be pre-packaged or individually wrapped.
  • Sound must not disturb other scheduled events, classes, or student and administrative offices.
  • Table must be staffed at all times and representatives must stay within one foot of the assigned table.

Easel space locations:
  • Campus Center lower level, next to the stairway by the Food Activity Court;
  • hallway outside auditorium

Check the Campus Center Table Spaces calendar to determine when spaces are available (pending requests not included). This calendar cannot be viewed from off-campus.
