As our winter break hours are limited, please be sure to click on the following link prior to scheduling your event to be sure that our Welcome Desk is staffed to support your event: Welcome Desk Winter Break Hours 

Use this form to request space for events sponsored by campus departments and student organizations. Examples include meetings, presentations, receptions, workshops, etc. To request space for academic activities directly related to a class, complete the Space Request for Class-Related Activities form.
