About Us


The Event Management Office

Located in the Department of Campus Life's Main Office, in the hallway parallel to the Auditorium, the Event Management Office works directly with event sponsors to plan and coordinate events in the Campus Center, Sheldon Hall Ballroom & Hewitt Union Ballroom.

We work collaboratively with all the branches of Campus Life - The Point, Campus Recreation, the Box Office & the Main Office - as well as with Auxiliary Services, Custodial Staff, Campus Technology Services and various other campus professionals to ensure the success of your event.

Working closely with event sponsors, we help to ensure the success of such events as Family & Friends Weekend, Laker Hockey Games, the Spring Concert, Mayday & Quest just to name a few. We love to see events succeed in bringing students, faculty & staff and community members together and knowing that students are being given the opportunity to get involved and create lifelong memories.
