Open to all ages from children to adults.
COLLEGE STUDENT SWIM LESSONS
Free, college student swim instruction for all levels.

Children's Swimming Lessons 

American Red Cross Children's Swimming Lesson, taught by Certified Water Safety Instructors. Start Date: January 28, 2012 - March 3, 2012.

Learn-to-Swim - Grades 1-6

American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim features six levels of instruction to help swimmers of all ages and abilities develop their skills.

Level 1 - Introduction To Water Skills  9:00am - 9:30am
Level 2 - Fundamental Aquatic Skills 9:45am - 10:15am
Level 3 - Stroke Development  10:30am - 11:00am
Level 4 - Stroke Improvement  11:15am - 11:45am
Level 5 - Stroke Refinement  11:15am - 11:45am
Level 6 - Swimming and Skill Proficiency  11:15am - 11:45am
Parent/Child - Increase Comfort in the water  9:00am - 9:30am

Parent and Child Aquatics - Preschool and Kindergarten, Ages 4-5

Parents and children learn together to increase a child's comfort level in the water and build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements and breath control, from 10:30am - 11:15am. A parent or adult guardian is required to accompany each child in the water and participate in the classes.

College Student Swim Lesions

If you ever wanted to learn how to swim or learn an exciting new way to exercise the come out to the free swimming clinic every Tuesday night from September 20th to October 11th between 6pm and 7pm. Bring your SUNY ID to the Lee Hall pool. Email imrec@oswego.edu for more information.

Private Swimming Lessons

 All lessons are taught one on one, and are 30 minutes in length. All lessons are open to all ages from children to adults.
