How do I sign up for an Intramural Sport? There are two ways to sign up for an intramural sport. The first way is to sign up as part of a team. The second way is to register as a Free Agent, attend the Captain’s Meeting for the sport you wish to play, and be placed on a team that does not have a full roster. For intramural tournaments that have singles and doubles divisions (such as Tennis, Table Tennis and Billiards), Individual and Doubles entry forms are used. The registration forms are available online and at the front desk of Lee Hall.

I signed up as a free agent, but I missed the Captain’s Meeting. Can I still join a team? If you have signed up for an intramural sport as a Free Agent but did not attend the Captain’s Meeting, there is still an opportunity for you to join a team. Team captains are allowed to make changes to their rosters up until the third game in regular league play. By attending the games during the first week of regular league play, you may be able to join a team that does not have a full roster.

If my team has time conflicts, can our games be scheduled around those conflicts? The team captain should indicate on the roster form which days and times the team is unavailable to play. The Intramural Supervisors will use that information when scheduling the games for regular league play. For league playoffs and intramural tournaments, every effort will be made to honor scheduling requests through the first round of tournament play.
