Check Cashing Window
The Check Cashing Window provides the following services: Check Cashing for students, faculty, and staff; Western Union Money Orders; and US/International Postage Stamps.

Check Cashing:
Check cashing services are only available to students, faculty, and staff with a SUNY Oswego ID. All checks must be made payable to the Student Association. A maximum of one check per customer per day can be cashed. The Check Cashing Window cannot accept two-party checks, starter checks, credit card checks, mutual fund checks, company refund checks, checks made out to "Cash", or altered checks.

Parent Authorization forms are available for students who have a last name that is different from their parent or legal guardian.

Money Orders:
Western Union money orders are available. Cash is only form of payment accepted for money orders.

Postage Stamps:
A variety of US and International postage stamps are available for purchase. Cash is only form of payment accepted for postage stamps.

Off-Campus Travel Window
The Off-Campus Travel Window provides access to local and regional CENTRO bus transportation as well as charter bus service during academic recesses. 

CENTRO Student Bus Stickers:
CENTRO student bus stickers are available to SUNY Oswego students at a rate subsidized by the Student Association through the Student Activities fee. Cash is the only form of payment accepted for CENTRO Student Bus Stickers.

CENTRO Bus Tickets:
Local and regional (Mexico, Fulton, Syracuse, etc.) CENTRO bus tickets are available for purchase. Cash is the only form of payment accepted for Centro Bus Tickets.

Academic Recess Charters:
Charter bus service is available to/from Long Island and New York City during the fall Thanksgiving recess and the Spring Break recess. Charter tickets may be purchased using Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
