- September 20-26: Floor Community Builder (can count as 2 point programs for student staff)
- October 18-24: Building Community Builder (fulfills the first RHD Community Development Program requirement)
How do I get my passport?
Resident Assistants, Resident Mentors, and Graduate Resident Mentors will hand out passports during opening floor meetings.
What do I do with my passport?
Be active in your hall and get to know your RAs/RMs/GRMs/AHDs/RHDs. Positive interactions with these staff members will earn you stamps on your passport. This interaction can occur in your room, your RA/RM/GRM's room, the hallway, when doing a bulletin board together, in the dining hall or on the way to class.
Fill up your passport and ask your RAs/RMs/GRMs/AHDs/RHD for a new one. There is no limit on the number of passports you can get.
My passport is stamped. How do I redeem it?
Now that you have stamps in your passport it's time to win some prizes!
There are two chances for you to redeem your passports and win some prizes. The first will be on your floor and the second will be in your main lounge.
Your RA/RM/GRM will be hosting a passport program for your floor September 20-26. Ask your RA/RM/GRM for the specific date and time so you don't miss out.
Your RHD/AHD will be hosting the final passport program for your building October 18-24. Dates and times will be posted around the building and you can ask staff for specifics.
When you arrive at the programs you will get one raffle ticket for coming. You will also receive one raffle ticket for each stamp on your passport(s). You will then put your raffle tickets in the bins matching the prizes you are interested in.
Please note that once you turn in your passport and receive tickets for your stamps you will not get them back. So if you turn in passports at your floor program you will not be able to use those later at the building program. No worries though; you can get stamps between the floor program and building program.
