Housing Selection for Current/Returning Students

Housing Selection Timeline 2013 - 2014

To choose on-campus housing for next year, students MUST participate in Housing Selection. This 3-step online process has two "phases":

Village Housing Selection               Residence Hall Room Selection

Students who are eligible to apply to live in The Village townhouses can choose to participate in VILLAGE Housing Selection. All current students can participate in Residence Hall ROOM Selection.

  • If you're thinking of moving off campus, before you sign a lease, make sure you're eligible to live off-campus; see the College Housing Policy.
  • If you're eligible and want to live off-campus next year DO NOT participate in the Housing Selection Process.

  • All current first year students (freshmen) are REQUIRED to live on campus for next year. All other students ARE NOT REQUIRED to live on campus next year. See the College Housing Policy for more detailed information.
  • Students who are not required to live on campus next year should ONLY participate in Housing Selection if they are 100% (not 98 and ¾ percent!) sure they want to live on campus for the ENTIRE upcoming academic year. PARTICIPATION IN HOUSING SELECTION GUARANTEES the student on-campus housing for the upcoming year; but, it ELIMINATES the student's option to live off campus for the ENTIRE upcoming academic year.
  • Students who do not participate in the Housing Selection process and later decide they want to live on campus next year can request housing; such requests will be honored on a space-available basis after Housing Selection for Current/Returning Students is over.
