Room and Board Agreement 2009-2010 (pdf 108kb). This document is to be signed by each resident student at the time s/he reserves a residence hall room. It serves as a contract between the College and each resident student.

Single Room Agreement (pdf 38kb).Students granted the option of living without a roommate in a double room, must complete, sign and submit this form.

Furniture Layout Options for Cayuga, Funnelle, Hart, Johnson, Oneida, Onondaga, Riggs, Seneca and Sheldon Halls. Review this form and request various bed lofting and furniture configuration options available. (Not available in Mackin Complex)

Personal Refrigerator Registration (pdf 124kb).Students who bring their own refrigerator to campus must register the refrigerator with hall staff.

Overnight Guest Registration(pdf 117kb) With the consent of all roommates, resident students can have overnight guests; guests must be registered with the front desk of the hall.

Change of Address (pdf 25kb) Students wishing to change their local and/or permanent address should do so through their myoswego account by clicking on the "Personal Information" tab. Those without access to a myoswego account can change their address by submitting this form to Residence Life and Housing.

Requests to Live Off-Campus

Request for Exemption from College Housing Policy (pdf 80kb) Students who have not signed a Room and Board Agreement and wish to be exempted from the College Housing Policy must submit this form. Exemption Form Background and Directions (.pdf 107)

Request to Terminate Room and Board Agreement (pdf 20kb) Students who have signed a Room and Board Agreement but subsequently wish to terminate the agreement and move off-campus, must submit this form. In addition, the student may need to meet with a staff member in the Residence Life and Housing office to explain the reasons for the request.Termination Form Directions (pdf 91kb)

Verification of Residence with Parent or Legal Guardian Students whose Request for Exemption or Request to Terminate is based on a desire to commute from the home of their parent or legal guardian must also submit this form.

Petition to Live Off-Campus (pdf 123kb)
if the student is wishing to move off-campus during the term of a signed Room and Board Agreement, a Request to Terminate must accompany this form.

Hart Hall Application This application is used for residents applying to the Hart Hall Global Living & Learning building.

Hart Hall Agreement (pdf 107kb) This form is a contract for residents living in Hart Hall Global Living and Learning Community. This must accompany the application.

14 Hour Quiet Floor Agreement (pdf 73kb). This form is a contract for 14 hour quiet floors around campus and must be completed by residents living on those designated floors.

24 Hour Quiet Floor Agreement (pdf 115kb) This form is a contract for 24 hour quiet floors around campus and must be completed by residents living on those designated floors.

Hart Hall Substance Free Agreement (pdf 84kb) This form is a contract for those resident living on a substance free floor and must be completed by residents in those substance free areas.

Johnson Hall First Year Experience Resident Agreement (pdf 80kb) This agreement must be signed by all residents of Johnson Hall and the First Year Residential Experience.
