Norvis Arias
Hi, my name is Norvis Arias and this is my junior year at SUNY Oswego. This is my first year working as a personal trainer and I’ am excited to be part of a wonderful yet learning experience. I hope you will enjoy having me as your personal trainer as I will enjoy training you to meet your fitness goals. My goal in life is to be a nutritionist. Knowing the basic of nutrition would likely benefit those who are uncertain or confused about what is a nutritious meal. One of my strengths that I believe will help me as a personal trainer is that I’ am always smiling. I believe that a smile can change a personal from feeling uncomfortable to being comfortable. My weakness is that I do not know everything, so I apologize if I may not know the answer to one of your questions, but I will try my best to answer or find the answers to your questions.
I believe that wellness is maintaining a healthy life style through fitness and nutrition. Wellness is about minimizing and preventing illness while improving physical appearance. I’ am looking forward to working with you. So be ready!

Nadia Kralovic
Hi everyone :) My name is Nadia Kralovic and this is my first year working at the campus fitness centers. I am a senior Biology major and am currently planning on going on after graduation to earn my Masters of Science in Oriental Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (maybe my Doctorate if I’m feeling crazy) I also plan on working to earn a certificate in Asian Body Work. Along with personal training I teach yoga at the gym. I am extremely passionate about it and hope to be able to continue teaching during graduate school and also after I start my career. I really would love to be able to teach maternal yoga classes someday. For now, I am really looking forward to begin to teach classes this year ☺
In my sophomore year I transferred to UB where I majored in Exercise Science for a year. I worked at as a programmer at the Buffalo Athletic Club for Women, where I designed workout programs for women who were new to exercising. After a year there I transferred BACK to Oswego because I just missed this place and all of my friends way too much (why would I ever leave in the first place?!?). Anyways, I am very passionate about educating others about the benefits of healthy lifestyles and really love watching the difference it can make in peoples lives.

Stephen Loper
My name is Stephen Loper I’m a senior business administration major. I’ve been training here for three years and have had five years experience working out prior. I’ve been participating in sports since I was in elementary school. In high school I was a competitive swimmer, so I would enjoy doing anything in the pool. Most of my experience comes from working out on my own and feeding off of other trainers I’ve worked with. I have trained a variety of people with all different body types, which has given me experience in both cardiovascular and weight training. Sometimes people get a little nervous about getting into the gym and I enjoy helping them get over that fear and make working out fun.
