Fees for Students, Family and Guests

The fee structure for TRANSFERmation is explained below:

New Transfer Student Fee - $85
This one-time fee is placed on your fall tuition bill. 

Transfer Parent and Guest Fees: Parent and guest fees are based on the type of package selected.

One day programs: $35 per guest.  This fee covers lunch, advisement costs, materials and other support related services. (Our one-day programs begin at 9am and end approximately at 4pm). 

Tuesday, June 24th
Thursday, July 24th
Monday, August 11th

Overnight Programs: the fee depends on whether or not the guest needs on-campus lodging.

Monday, June 23rd - Tuesday, June 24th
Wednesday, July 23rd - Thursday, July 24th

    • Parent/guest with on-campus lodging - $ 85 per guest
    • Parent/guest without lodging - $ 70 per guest

The guest fee covers meals (dinner on day one, breakfast and lunch on day two), receptions, on-campus lodging (if requested), linens, advisement costs, materials and special activities.  (Day one begins at 1pm and continues until approximately 4pm on day two).
