Transfer Student Orientation

We are glad you have decided on SUNY Oswego as the next step in your education.  To ease your transition, we host orientation programs for you and your family members to learn more about the resources, faculty, staff, students, and academics at SUNY Oswego. We offer a specialized transfer student Orientation for our more "experienced" new students to learn about SUNY Oswego through the lens of your previous college experience. You will meet an advisor, register for classes and have the opportunity to take care of other details such as finalizing financial aid, pre-arranging the purchase of textbooks, signing up for the fitness centers and getting your student ID card.

Here are our Summer Orientation dates for 2012 -

June 21 & 22 - this is an Optional two day program, July 13th - this is a one day only program, August 3rd -we will have ovenight accomodations on August 2nd,  and the final program will be held on August 24th, if you will be attending the final program - you would move in on Thursday, August 23rd.

We will be sending out our mailer in late February with more details. 

As soon as you pay your deposit  -  please activate your Oswego Email Account and Download your Health and Immunizations Form - take it to your school nurse - have them attach your immunizations and then fax it to the Mary Walker Health Center -315-312-5409.
